Abilene: Day 1

So on Friday, July 9 I left Houston and drove to Abilene which took about 5-6 hours. It was a nice drive...then I met my Aunt Barbara and Uncle Terry in town. I went with them to run errands and then we stopped here, at Casa Herrera) and ate dinner.
Good margaritas for sure :)

So, my uncle LOVES all things hot and spicy. He asked the waiter for a bowl of salsa. The (new) waiter brought him four cups....There's no way he'd get it all down, right? Wrong! See below...
